“Billed” as the Greatest CX Conference, it’s hard to argue the statement that was issued by NiCE.

The location was stunning! Twickenham’s Allianz Stadium is very impressive, even if you don’t follow the game played with a strange shaped ball! With a reported 2,000 attendees the set up was just superb.

Registration was a breeze with photo recognition working brilliantly, I was in and “badged up” within 2 minutes of arriving. No waiting, no queuing, no hassle. Ushered out onto the pitch (yes onto the pitch, apparently a first, with people allowed onto the actual playing area) and the coffee and nibbles were excellent.
A little light rain turned into a down pour on day 2, but this is an all seater stadium, and many took to the covered stands, to chat and relax.

When it came to the actual event we were again seated in a superb setting indoors.
Everything was so professional. Everything was just so! Then came the presenations which were slick, and again, professional, just what you would expect.
The partner breakout areas were bubbling and busy. Lunch was very “NiCE” too.

With Jonny Wilkinson (if you dont know him he is a Rugby Legend – a title thats well deserved), and the Kaiser Chiefs (even I know them) as “entertainment, and Alex Jones interviewing Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the whole event was carried off to a very, very high standard.

So, down to the actual message. Of course it’s all about NiCE (it would be obviously) but done in such a way that it was addressing the topics, and subjects, from a “higher level”. It just happened to relate back to NiCE!!

The theme of “Create a ‘NiCE’ world” ran through out, with good, practical examples of now, and what could be in the future.
Overall I was impressed. It was well worth attending, with quite a few UK-CCF members and Partners being present. NiCE are a UKCCF member and we were grateful to be invited, and very pleased we attended.

You can see a little more at https://www.nice.com/websites/interactions-international – I’d recommend attending next years event, but register as early as possible to avoid disappointment. This years NiCE Interactions was fully booked!
