Over 50% of our 2021 visitors operated in IT software and the telecommunications services sector. This included call centre and contact centre managers, customer service directors, digital omni-channel directors, head of customer experiences, CEO’s and COO’s.
Find below a snapshot of just some of our 2021 visitors.
The 2021 Call & Contact Centre Expo included companies such as, Cisco, 8×8, Ring Central, Twilio, Talkdesk, UKCCF and more. It was great for the first time in two years to see the industry coming back together for two days of networking, discovering new technologies and learning from inspiring speakers.
After the sector had to rapidly adapt to working from home for 18 months it was fantastic to see such a variety of thought leaders in the industry come together and share knowledge and experiences to help the sector continue to grow.
Our 2021 visitors watched and learned from our expert speakers whilst they delivered thought-leading presentations, panel debates, case studies and interactive sessions at our various theatres. This included our keynote theatre, sponsored by RingCentral, our Evolving Contact Centre Theatre, Smarter Collaboration Theatre and The Contact Centre Transformation Theatre.
We were delighted to welcome to the stage the likes of Mark Grady from Google Meeting Room discussing Google Voice and Video in the Contact Centre, Simon Scott-Nelson and Sadie Restorick from Wellity delivering a session around mental health, recovery and resilience, and Deborah Woods, Louise Dew and Emma Murray from Ring Central and Costa Express speak on a fascinating panel about how Costa Express dealt with remote working. Other thought-provoking session topics ranged from complaint handling, contact centre management, AI, automation, and cyber security.
The 2021 expo would also see key show floor features including a VIP lounge Sponsored by Ring Central, with speakers, guests and the press having the chance to network with peers in a more relaxed and hospitable environment. It was the perfect platform for visitors to obtain invaluable new business contacts and connect with leading figureheads. Alongside this, the Call & Contact Centre expo were delighted to have The UK Contact Centre Forum as our strategic partner. Visitors were able to catch up and reconnect with peers in the UKCCF at the UKCCF members lounge at last year’s expo.
The Call & Contact Centre Expo is also co-located with the Customer & User Experience Expo, where professionals within sectors including retail, hospitality, travel, and finance can take their CX strategy to the next level. The Customer & User Experience Expo saw sessions discussed on omni-channel, the power of hybrid experiences and discussions on how to change customers behaviour.
