The first UKCCF Charity Clay Pigeon Shooting Day took place on 26th November 2021 at The National Clay Shooting Centre in Bisley, Surrey.

57 people attended, from 23 companies that made up 12 different teams on the day. Prizes were awarded to the overall Best Team and for Top Gun (highest individual score). This was a new event for UKCCF, launched by Founder and CEO Trevor Butterworth aimed to get people out of the office and networking again after nearly two years due to the pandemic.

The day was also a way for UKCCF and their members to raise money for charity as Trevor and his team have focused so many of their awards events on over the years. Due to the pandemic, the 2020 and 2021 awards ceremonies have not gone ahead, but, Trevor still wanted to do what he could for their charity partner for 2021/2022, the RSPCA. Thanks to all attendees at the shooting event, £600 was raised for the charity.

UKCCF will be running more charity events in 2022, if you would like to find out more information and get involved, you can contact Trevor Butterworth on 07932 669 299 or email: trevor@uk-ccf.co.uk.

“Thanks Trevor and UKCCF team for such a well organised day. Bisley is the home of shooting so what better place to run the first event. A great chance to catchup with fellow members and aspiring shots for practice and then friendly competition with clays arriving from all directions. Everyone had a chance to go for a prize with tuition on offer and different gun weights to choose from.  Great organisation all round with breakfast and lunch -not forgetting the delicious scotch eggs at morning break.  Looking forward to the next one.”
