    Sitel welcomes Gareth Brophy as Head of Service delivery for our Midlands Hub, Stratford-upon-Avon. Gareth joins Sitel from Halfords where he was Head of customer service. He brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of the contact centre industry with a strong background in digital customer experience and transformation. We wish Gareth all the best in his new role.
