As of 1st October, Richard Abdy, who has worked with SVL for over 2 years leading their WFO Consultancy, has taken on the brand new challenge of leading their new Business Transformation Department, created to expand SVL’s capacity to attract and service customers through the cloud lifecycle.

Richard is a highly experienced, award-winning leader, workforce management and optimisation consultant and contact centre strategist with over 20 years senior operational experience. He has vast knowledge and experience of Operational Design and Transformation, including Customer Experience and Employee Engagement strategies, structures and systems within contact centres, field operations and back office environments.
