MyCloudContactCentre is pleased to announce three new names to their expanding customer base in the UK.

Ta-da! Media Ltd, NWR Ltd and Photogenix Studios Ltd all come from different industries, but they have one thing in common; they are using contact centre solutions to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Steve McSherry, Director of MyCloudContactCentre explains: “We pride ourselves on providing solutions that a business, no matter how large or small, can afford.

Our team has over 30 years’ experience in the contact centre market, so we have ensured all our solutions are designed with the customer in mind. They are powerful, cost-effective and backed with first-class support, meaning they provide a proven return on our customer’s investment.

Take our new all-one-contact centre solution, the technology and features are on par with the leading players in the industry, what makes us different is that we are the best priced option available.”

MyCloudContactCentre’s customers fall into a range of different categories as Steve explains:

“We have small low-level outbound dialler customers who simply want to use our hosted system to make more calls to drive sales. We also have larger clients who use our all-in-one contact centre solution to support all inbound interactions with their customers such as web chat, email and social media.”
