Lemon Business Solutions is continuing its programme of growth by appointing an experienced head of client experience to its team.

Helen Philips joins the company after carving out an extensive career over four decades with Barclays Bank, most recently as Head of Change and Communication and Contact Centre Manager for Barclaycard.

Lemon, which is based at Preston Farm in Stockton, specialises in both inbound and outbound omnichannel campaigns to help it deliver exceptional customer service, with a personal, rather than scripted, approach.

Helen’s job will be to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience every time they deal with Lemon.

Helen said: “Lemon Business Solutions is a great place to work, first and foremost, because of the people. I am already aligned with the company values and upon speaking to the team and visiting the office, there is a great culture with people who truly care about customers.

“I have big shoes to fill in the role, but I aim to continue to build on the legacy of ‘people first’ as we grow, whilst bringing a fresh pair of eyes to support this already great operation and, in turn, our clients.”

Jen Cummins, chief operating officer at Lemon Business Solutions said: “We’re delighted to have brought Helen on board to take care of client experience.

“We’ve had an incredible few years and we’re very pleased to be in the position where we can grow as a business and recruit talented, experienced individuals like Helen. She’s going to be such an asset to the team.

“Our client relationships are never sour, but with Helen on board, they’re going to be sweeter than ever.”
