ArvatoConnect has joined forces with leading sustainable digital growth advisory firm, Nunatak, to develop new and innovative AI solutions, to address gaps in the current market and tailor products to meet clients’ current and future challenges.
In such a competitive market, ArvatoConnect is investing in technology, specifically Intelligent Automation (IA), including AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), to differentiate itself and deliver enhanced service outcomes for clients. The organisation champions a blend of human interactions underpinned by digital assistants to drive efficiencies, improve service quality and free up employees to focus on more complex, value-added work.
ArvatoConnect was one of the very first firms in the UK to implement RPA in 2014, so has always been at the forefront of deploying tech-enabled service delivery. With a deep understanding of the customer experience, business process optimisation and digital transformation, coupled with in-depth knowledge of key verticals, including local and central government, automotive, retail, and finance, this combination is creating a unique strategic approach. The business is also accredited to the same level of security as Government, providing confidence and reassurance that new solutions are secure and resilient.
The collaboration with Nunatak further cements ArvatoConnect’s vision to help businesses thrive in the digital age. Nunatak creates sustainable change through digital technology, developing and driving innovative AI applications, and taking products and services to the next level. ArvatoConnect will leverage Nunatak’s in-depth experience of digital strategy and growth, organisational change and innovation management and sustainability to enhance its offering and capabilities in guiding clients through their transformative journeys.
The partnership will focus on aligning AI efforts to enhance business processes, optimise customer and citizen experiences, and drive innovation. By harnessing further AI technologies, ArvatoConnect aims to offer cutting-edge solutions that enable clients to stay ahead in the competitive digital landscape.
Dr. Fabian Göbel at Nunatak, commented: “We are excited to partner with ArvatoConnect, leveraging our collective strengths to drive impactful change for organisations. The convergence of AI and automation technologies is reshaping the landscape of business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience sectors. Addressing the escalating concerns surrounding data security, legislation, and privacy mandates requires resilient and strategic solutions.
“By synergising our comprehensive digital expertise with ArvatoConnect’s proven track record in business transformation, we’re thrilled to co-create innovative solutions that not only meet the evolving needs of our clients, but also set new standards in the industry.”
James Towner, Chief Growth Officer at ArvatoConnect, commented: “We’re thrilled to join forces with Nunatak. This partnership highlights our dedication to equipping organisations with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in the digital era. It also follows our new brand launch, reinforcing our priority to connect and forge new partnerships with like-minded organisations.
“It’s no secret that with a rapidly changing technological landscape, economic challenges, and an upcoming global election year, organisations must adapt swiftly to these changes, as well as shifting consumer and citizen behaviours.
“Our clear strategy on investing in digital solutions to drive growth, versus a focus on high volumes of offshore seats, reassures our clients, both current and future, that they can remain cost-effective and efficient, whilst still delivering the best outcomes for those that matter most.
“Working with Nunatak helps support our vision to strike the right balance between automation, AI and the all-important human touch. These technology solutions handle the mundane repetitive tasks, augmenting people by adding more value, handling more complex enquiries, especially those that require creativity and empathy.
“Through this partnership, we’re reaffirming our commitment to supporting clients, in navigating these challenges and capitalising on opportunities for growth and innovation.”
ArvatoConnect has a wide and growing partner ecosystem that allows it to be technology agnostic and driven by analysing specific business and organisational challenges to choose the right solution. One example of this is its new process and task mining solution, Arvato Discovery Engine (ADE), developed alongside KYP.ai. In one pilot, for a premium automotive brand, ADE has identified a hidden utilisation gap of 19.4%, highlighting where and how automation could be implemented to augment human agents and increase productivity.
Additionally, for a central government client, ArvatoConnect has implemented conversational AI with automation This has reduced average handling time by 26%, with 35% more emails now handled per month. Also, for Fremantle, one of the world’s largest content producers and distributors, the business has implemented an RPA solution which has cut the time their finance team spend on producer share reporting by 99% and the time spent on hedging analysis by 82%.
The partnership with Nunatak will not only build on this experience, but provide further benefits to ArvatoConnect’s client base, addressing challenges across both public and private sectors. Further details of the project will be released later in the year.
