    Wednesday 16th July 2025, 12:30 – 13:30

The next UKCCF webinar is fast approaching, where our expert panelists will tackle critical questions facing CX in the customer service industry today.

Many businesses boast about their customer satisfaction scores, but are we truly measuring what matters? Do consumers prioritise exceptional service, or are they simply seeking a quick transaction?

With AI rapidly transforming our industry, we’ll explore its impact on customer experience in the next year and five years down the line. We’ll also delve into whether the customer service industry is adequately supporting vulnerable customers.

    The Panelist’s will be covering

    • There is more technology available to customer service contact centres than there ever has been. However, if you ask most consumers they will say that their overall experience is very poor. Why do you think this is?
    • Many businesses claim that their customer satisfaction scores are fine as an industry are we measuring the right things?
    • Do you think consumers care about the service they receive or are they looking for a pure transactional outcome?
    • AI is marching into our industry at pace.  How do you think this technology will impact customer experience in the next year and also in 5 years time.
    • Do you think that the customer service industry is doing enough to support vulnerable customers?

    Meet our Panel

Unfortunately Kathryn Simons-Porter (Zendesk) is unable to attend, but we are extremly lucky that Katie Stabler has agreed to take her place.

Join us for a lively and thought-provoking discussion that will challenge assumptions and offer fresh perspectives on the future of customer service.

We do hope that you can join us for this session, if you have any questions regarding this session, please contact:
