Beyond the Dashboard: Measuring What Matters in Customer Experience

19th November 2025 Park Regis Hotel, Birmingham

You’re invited to join Mitel for an exclusive executive roundtable and networking experience, bringing together senior leaders, existing customers to explore how organisations can create real value in a digital age.

At first glance, it might sound like a numbers game but what’s really driving value in customer experience today? Paul Hughes from Mitel, will lead the discussion as we dig into the evolving world of CX, where traditional metrics are giving way to smarter, outcome-driven strategies. From automation ROI and AI’s growing role, to how we measure, and really define success – this roundtable gets into the real questions leaders are asking.

Katie Stabler will be joining us from Cultivate who will be discussing how ‘CX is a Movement’  and creating a culture that fosters engaged employees drives customer excellence, and why CX is much more than a metric.

As we push for smarter CX through tech, how do we keep the Human Experience (HX) at the heart of it all? We’ll explore how trust, empathy, and empowerment can be real measures of success.
