The UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) is proud to announce the official launch of the 2026 National Contact Centre Awards. Following the record-breaking success of the 2025 event, this year’s awards seek to celebrate the resilience, innovation, and people-first culture defining the modern UK contact centre industry.
As the industry undergoes a period of rapid digital transformation, the 2026 awards introduce significant updates to reflect the changing landscape of customer service.
Recognising Modern Excellence
To stay at the forefront of industry trends, UKCCF has introduced two brand-new categories for the 2026 program:
- Best Use of AI: Celebrating organisations that have moved beyond the hype to deliver tangible improvements in customer experience and agent support through Artificial Intelligence.
- Resource Planning Team of the Year: A dedicated award for the strategic “architects” of the contact centre, honouring those who master the complex balance of demand, staffing, and service levels.
Furthermore, the Best Use of Technology category has undergone a rigorous criteria update. The 2026 standards shift the focus toward measurable ROI and the specific impact of technological implementation on the end-user journey.
A Streamlined Experience
In addition to new categories, UKCCF has invested in a new, bespoke nomination platform. This digital-first portal is designed to streamline the entry process, allowing teams to collaborate more effectively on their submissions and provide richer evidence for the judging panel.
