The Contact Company has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Outsourced Contact Centre and Business Services framework.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2020/21 CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.04bn – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The Contact Company are excited by the opportunity to be a part of this framework and to support CCS to make UK public sector organisations more cost-effective. The agreement demonstrates an intent to share customer service expertise and help make a difference in the public sector. The Contact Company deliver economies of scale for all their clients to ensure they remain at the forefront of the customer service industry.

Asif Hamid MBE, The Contact Company CEO and Founder said: “We’re delighted to be a part of the CCS framework. At the Contact Company, we pride ourselves on being a customer service centre of excellence, providing an exceptional service whilst driving cost efficiencies for businesses seeking a UK-based outsource customer service solution. We look forward to being able to offer our service over the next four years as well as sharing our wealth of experience and expertise to public health organisations to help them achieve their customer service goals.”

The Contact Company put their people at the heart of their clients’ customers experience. “Our success is down to the excellent service of our colleagues; we’re only as good as the people we employ, and we’re invested in their continuous training and development,” said Claire Singleton MCIPD, The Contact Company, Head of Human Resources.

Providing access to contact centre solutions, the CCS Framework is available to UK public sector bodies including local authorities, NHS bodies, central government as well as third sector buyers.
“It’s a privilege to be able to offer our service to such vital public sector organisations. We have both home working and on-site customer service solutions with options to communicate through all types of media including voice, webchat, social media, and email. This allows us to be versatile whilst providing our clients with the tools to achieve their customer service targets,” said Dave Rodaway, Head of Solutions, The Contact Company.
