    Step Change Outsourcing partners with DAZN

    Step Change Outsourcing, a growing customer contact centre based in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, is thrilled to announce a partnership with DAZN, the world’s largest, fastest-growing sports streaming service, as their UK retention partner.

    DAZN (pronounced “da zone”) is the digital leader in global sports media, broadcasting live and on-demand sport in over 200 countries worldwide; offering customers a ringside seat to watch the biggest names in boxing, as well as the Saudi Pro League, UEFA Women’s Champions League and more.

    Step Change Outsourcing will play an important role in establishing DAZN as the number one choice for sports fans in the UK, by providing call and chat support. This partnership marks an important milestone for Step Change Outsourcing (SCO) as they expand into a new sector, demonstrating that their model can fit with any brand to engage and support customers.
