Our company has reached an essential achievement in its development through the establishment of our Global Advisory Board which I am honored to announce today.

The company has strengthened its ability to deliver innovative solutions through the addition of renowned CX leaders who help predict client requirements and achieve superior results.

    Why we established the Advisory Board

    The Advisory Board will maintain continuous partnership with our leadership group to support complicated project execution and enhance our industry-specific alignment. Their expert knowledge will guide us to develop strategic plans which deliver superior value to clients across all global markets.

    Our Advisory Board members

    We are honored to welcome three outstanding experts who bring unique strengths and global experience:

    • Jerry Angrave – A recognized CX strategist and founder of Empathyce, Jerry has led transformation programs across aviation, SaaS, and B2B companies. He also contributes his expertise to Virgin Atlantic and Heathrow Airport’s Accessibility Advisory groups and is a frequent speaker at global CX forums.

    • Iryna Shevelova – Head of Enablement, Customer Care at Grammarly, Iryna manages scalable processes for one of the most trusted AI writing assistants used by over 40 million people worldwide. With more than 15 years in workforce management and IT support, she also founded Collabro, a tool that connects professionals at offline events.

    • Nabil Kachour – A proven operations leader in mobility and e-commerce, Nabil has successfully built and scaled support teams for Groupon, Zalando, and Evaneos. Today, he manages customer service operations at FREE NOW, Europe’s leading mobility platform, operating in more than 150 cities.
