    Onecom awarded Five9 EMEA Partner of the Year Award

    Onecom, the UK’s leading business communications technology and cloud communications specialist, has been named EMEA Partner of the Year by Five9, a leading provider of the intelligent cloud contact centre.

    The recognition not only underpins Onecom’s achievements in its second year as a Five9 partner, but also its ongoing investment in people and capability to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

    This award follows a 2021 win for EMEA Innovation Partner of the Year, underlining the strong foundations of the Onecom and Five9 partnership.

    Holding the accolade for the highest number of sales accreditations across EMEA and a highly decorated strategic partner for technical certifications, Onecom provides customers with Five9’s renowned Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) technology, which not only inspires and engages contact centre agents wherever they work but also provides real value to customers, and to their customers in return.

    Combining CCaaS technology and the shared industry expertise of Onecom and Five9 supports the delivery of transformative customer experience strategies to further improve and enable customer experience excellence.
