Waterford, Ireland, 6th June 2025: Klearcom, a leading provider of global contact centre testing solutions, is expecting a 79% increase in revenue in 2025  as it continues to develop new partnerships and expand its product portfolio.

The company is anticipating an exciting year ahead with it also predicting its global customer base to grow by 75% as a result of its extended market reach. This growth will be further bolstered by Klearcom’s increased focus on AI-driven solutions such as large language models and conversational AI.

As well as contributing to the business, this integration of emerging technologies will provide Klearcom’s customers with improved service reliability, broader geographic coverage, and even faster response times.

To further support multinational organisations, the Waterford-based company also plans to add 35 new carriers and expand more into Asia and Africa by the end of 2026. This extended international presence will enable Klearcom to serve a more diverse customer base, solidifying its position as a leading player within the telecommunications space and building on its previous success.

The company has been on an upward trajectory over the last few years, having increased its carrier base from 80 to more than 340 since 2022. In addition, the Waterford-based company now operates in over 100 countries.

Mark Rohan, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Klearcom, said: “It’s been an exciting period of growth for Klearcom and we have no intention of stopping any time soon. As we embark on an ambitious strategy to further expand our operations and disrupt the market, our recent success is merely a sign of things to come. Underpinned by truly global contact centre testing solutions, we are delivering the fastest response and most-cost effective service for multinational companies across the globe.

“This is driving further demand for our offering, which we are bolstering with more carriers and more services across more countries. In turn, we will deliver the best customer experience for our own customers and their customers – driving the business forward and strengthening our place in the elite bracket of customer service providers worldwide.”
