As a trusted Genesys partner in EMEA with over 100 Genesys Cloud deployments, Kerv Experience is extremely proud to be recognised as a Genesys Elite Partner.

The Elite status award positions Kerv as a partner accredited at the very highest level in designing, implementing and managing Genesys solutions. Moreover, it recognises Kerv as a partner that organisations can rely on when getting the most value from their Genesys investment.

To earn Elite status, partners must demonstrate significant achievements, such as a successful track record, certifications for Genesys technical expertise and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Elite status also reflects a partner’s proven capabilities and alignment with Genesys to deliver highly personalised customer experiences with AI-Powered Experience Orchestration.

The award reflects Kerv’s capabilities and strategic alignment with the Genesys vision for customer experience (CX) excellence.

Julian Barrow, MD, Kerv Experience concluded, “This announcement underlines our commitment to Genesys – and how Kerv excels in bringing expertise, proven success and knowledge of Genesys solutions, to ensure superior contact centre solutions and services for our clients.”
