HGS’s Agent X is a solution designed to accelerate the way government agencies operate by leveraging the power of AI, analytics, and intelligent automation.
LONDON, 17th DECEMBER, 2024: HGS (listed in BSE & NSE), a leading and innovative provider of solutions in consumer engagement, digital customer experiences (CX), analytics and artificial intelligence (AI), has announced that it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) G-Cloud 14 framework Lot 2 for Cloud Software.
HGS will offer its HGS Agent X™ solution to public sector organisations through the Digital Marketplace, providing them with a single, integrated, streamlined artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and analytics powered user interface for contact centre operations.
The inclusion of HGS Agent X™ on the G-Cloud 14 framework emphasises HGS’s ongoing commitment to empowering public sector organisations through adaptable, effective, and scalable cloud-based contact centre software that facilitates digital transformation. In turn, this will help these organisations improve operational efficiency, enhance employee experience and retention, and boost citizen engagement and satisfaction.

“We are delighted that after a thorough procurement process, HGS has been listed as a supplier on the G-Cloud 14 framework,” saidCarrie Ramskill, Chief Operating Officer at HGS UK. “This milestone marks a significant step forward in empowering local and central government agencies with advanced technology to enhance operational efficiency, employee experience, and citizen engagement. We look forward to having the opportunity to assist organisations in positioning themselves at the forefront of digital transformation throughout the duration of the G-Cloud 14 framework.”
