Gobeyond Partners and the Webhelp Group are pleased to announce the appointment of Hayley Monks as the Managing Director of the newly created Utilities Sector.

Hayley brings extensive experience in the sector, having held a wide range of senior executive roles in British Gas for 11 years, before setting up her own successful business. In 2015 she founded Think, Inspire & Create (TICL), a business of skilled practitioners, consultants and trainers providing an alternative approach to business process improvements, using a unique visual approach to help businesses to re-engineer and re-shape. Hayley is also co-founder of the Women’s Utilities Network and is passionate about connecting, supporting and developing women in the sector.

Commenting on her new role, Hayley Monks said,

“I am delighted to be joining the Gobeyond Partners and Webhelp team, with their expertise, capability and global reach. This will enable us to bring ideas that create truly innovative solutions for clients in the utilities sector.”

Jonathan Shawcross, Webhelp UK region Chief Growth Officer adds, “At Webhelp we design, deliver and optimise unforgettable human experiences for today’s digital world. I look forward to welcoming Hayley to the team and realising the opportunities that this exciting appointment will bring for our clients in the utilities sector.”

Mark Palmer, Chief Executive Officer of Gobeyond Partners, part of the Webhelp Group, commented, “It gives me great pleasure to welcome Hayley to our business. She has a fantastic reputation in the sector and bringing her into this new role, continues our long-term relationship with Hayley and her work.”
