    Amplify5 announce that Sebastian James has joined as new Chairman.

    12th June 2025 – Amplify5 are thrilled to announce that Sebastian James has joined as our new Chairman.

    Sebastian brings an outstanding track record of leading and transforming major businesses across retail, healthcare, and technology. His arrival marks a significant milestone for us as we accelerate into our next phase of growth.

    He is an accomplished executive with extensive leadership experience. His career includes senior roles such as CEO of Dixons Carphone, where he led a major retail merger, and President and Managing Director of Boots UK, where he oversaw digital innovation and healthcare expansion. He is currently the CEO of Veonet, a leading European ophthalmology group, he also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Direct Line Insurance Group plc and as a trustee of English Heritage.

    We are incredibly proud to welcome someone of Sebastian’s calibre to the amplify5 team. His decision to join us is a strong endorsement of what we’re building and the impact we’re making. As Chairman, Sebastian will play a key role in helping us scale responsibly and strategically, while staying true to our commitment to delivering exceptional offshoring solutions from our Cape Town base. His appointment continues amplify5’s trajectory of being built by clients for clients.
