EC Outsourcing, a UK-based provider of outsourced contact centre services, is proud to announce that it is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month.
For the past decade, EC Outsourcing has been a leader in providing contact centre services to brands from various industries throughout the UK.
Founded in 2013 by managing director Phil Westoby and commercial director Richard Knox, EC Outsourcing has grown from a startup to one of the most respected contact centre businesses in the UK, employing over 1000 members of staff across the two cities.

The company based at Sunderland’s Doxford International Business Park was founded in the Northeast and has expanded to other sites including their Sheffield City Centre contact centre in 2019.
