Custom Connect today announces the expansion of its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operations with new operational locations in Hungary and Croatia, effective February 1, 2026. With this expansion, Custom Connect will operate across five countries: the Netherlands, Suriname, South Africa, Hungary, and Croatia. In addition, the company is strengthening its European presence through a strategic partnership in Poland.

These developments underline Custom Connect’s ambition to support clients with scalable, high-quality, and cost-efficient BPO services across Europe and beyond.

Growth with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and flexibility

Custom Connect currently supports organisations from its delivery centres in the Netherlands, Suriname, and South Africa, providing high-quality Customer Support and Back Office services. The addition of Hungary and Croatia represents a significant expansion of EU-based delivery and aligns with the company’s strategy to build a balanced, multi-country operating model. The strategic partnership in Poland further enhances flexibility and scalability within Europe.

Custom Connect operates in line with the COPC methodology, ensuring a strong structural focus on performance, quality, and customer satisfaction. The company is ISO 27001 certified for information security and ISO 14001 certified for environmental management. In the area of sustainability, Custom Connect holds an EcoVadis Silver rating (2026).

In addition, Custom Connect is on track to complete its official GDPR certification in Q3 2026, further strengthening its compliance framework across Europe.

    Why Hungary and Croatia?

Hungary and Croatia have emerged as highly attractive BPO locations within the European Union, particularly for customer support and service-oriented operations. Both countries offer:

    • A highly educated and service-oriented workforce
    • Broad availability of multilingual professionals
    • A cost-efficient operating structure within the EU
    • Strong cultural alignment with Western European markets
    • Full compliance with EU data protection and privacy regulations

These factors make Hungary and Croatia a valuable addition to Custom Connect’s existing nearshore and offshore delivery capabilities.

    Expansion of multilingual capabilities

With operational locations in the Netherlands, Suriname, South Africa, Hungary, and Croatia, complemented by a strategic partnership in Poland, Custom Connect offers a broad multilingual delivery model. Services can be provided in, among others, Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Hungarian, Romanian, Croatian, Polish, and other EU languages.

This enables Custom Connect to support clients with both local market services and pan-European or international service models.

    A future-focused international BPO partner

With a footprint spanning five countries and an additional strategic partnership in Poland, Custom Connect positions itself as a future-focused international BPO partner. Operational excellence, compliance, sustainability, and multilingual delivery are central to its service model. The expansion into Hungary and Croatia marks an important next step in building a robust, compliant, and flexible international BPO platform.
