Custom Connect has been awarded a Silver Medal by EcoVadis, placing the business in the top 15% of companies globally assessed for sustainability performance.
The EcoVadis assessment evaluates organisations across four key areas: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. Achieving a Silver rating reflects a strong and measurable commitment to responsible business practices and continuous improvement.
This recognition follows a year of focused effort by Custom Connect to strengthen its sustainability framework, embed responsible practices across operations, and align long-term growth with positive social and environmental impact.
Alongside this progress, the company has continued to invest heavily in the development of AI-driven solutions designed to support people more effectively (Myia), while also prioritising ongoing investment in its teams, skills development, and inclusive workplace culture.
“At Custom Connect, we believe business is about more than numbers,” said Stijn Lathouwers, CEO. “It’s about the impact you have on the communities you serve, the people you employ, and the world around you. This achievement recognises the steps we’ve taken – and reinforces our commitment to keep moving forward.”
The EcoVadis Silver Medal marks an important milestone in Custom Connect’s sustainability journey, providing both independent validation of progress made and a strong foundation for continued improvement in the years ahead.
