Content Guru is partnering with the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) once again for 2019. The partnership will include a diverse programme of market research and events throughout the year, including a market study of future trends in 100 UK contact centres, executive level customer experience discussion groups, and roundtable discussions covering topics such as employee engagement, new technology and homeworking.

As well as its industry experts participating in these activities, Content Guru’s storm® cloud contact centre customers will share their insight and best practice with peers in the industry.

Content Guru’s Sales Director Edward Winfield commented: “The UKCCF’s rigorous approach to thought-provoking research and the promotion of industry best practice made it a natural fit for Content Guru, as we continue to engage with industry leaders and create innovative products and services for the customer contact industry. We very much look forward to working with the UKCCF, as well as networking with its members to gain a more in-depth understanding of the issues and challenges facing organisations today.”

UKCCF’s CEO Trevor Butterworth added: “We are delighted to announce this programme of activities with Content Guru. Now is a time of unprecedented change within the contact centre industry and our discussion groups provide an informal meeting place for industry professionals to meet, learn, share best practice and plan the way ahead. We very much look forward to working with Content Guru in 2019.”
