AI Isn’t Transforming CX — And It’s Not Your Fault

When organisations do get the chance to redesign work based around intelligence, the shift is profound, journeys become simpler, effort drops, outcomes improve, and sometimes the best process really is no process at all. But most teams never reach this point because the day-to-day reality doesn’t give them the space to explore it.

Customer service leaders care deeply about their teams and customers, yet are under constant pressure to optimise, protect service and keep everything moving. Add the struggle of “trying to get ChatGPT working” or squeezing value from SaaS tools, and meaningful change feels out of reach.

    The challenge isn’t ambition.

It’s that you’re never given the permission, space or knowledge to dream, or the grounding to know how far that dream can go without drifting into flying monkeys and upside-down trees often called SaaS tools and ChatGPT.

That’s why I created Ethenta: to give leaders a safe, practical way to step back and DREAM about what their operation could look like if AI wasn’t limited to chatbots but could act as a trusted partner in delivering better work and better experiences.

    DREAM is simple and grounded:

My aim is to truly demystify AI, make it accessible to everyone, and help leaders rethink work in a way that elevates teams, simplifies the experience and removes the unnecessary effort that frustrates customers and staff. Imagine aligning teams and multiple autonomous agents in a cost effective and transformational way, DREAM will help you get to this.

If what I share here sounds exciting and sparks even one new possibility for you and your operation, I’m glad to be part of the conversation.

I’m Andrew Hall. I’ve spent the last few years leading customer, strategy and AI transformation across large, complex operations, the sort of environments where people, interactions and years of legacy processes all collide (sound familiar?). My work of the last few years has focused on one thing: reimagining how work could flow if AI were truly dependable and capable of acting with agency.

Contact me on Andrew.hall@ethenta.com and we can run a short discovery to start the DREAM.
