    The Healthcare Management Trust (HMT) is a registered charity providing not-for-profit health and social care services across England and Wales

    This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Bookings Advisor based in Durham. The Outbound Bookings Advisor will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, following up with clients, addressing queries, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will conduct outbound calls to ensure smooth communication and scheduling, accurately record appointment details, and support administrative tasks as needed. As a representative of the organization, they will ensure each interaction reflects HMT’s values of compassion, care, and service excellence.

    Qualifications

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including handling inquiries and providing information effectively
    • Organizational and time management skills to manage appointment schedules and administrative tasks
    • Proficiency in data entry, record-keeping, and using booking systems or related software
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage professionally with clients and colleagues
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage scheduling conflicts and ensure accuracy
    • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role is a plus
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
