About the Client
My client has experienced significant growth over the last few years and as a result of expansion they are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a team of c.100 in a complex and stakeholder driven environment.
What we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a performance focussed manager with experience of leading a multi-channel contact centre or back office environment. This operation has a focus in 2019 on delivering enhancements to service delivery / customer contact and delivering service / sales targets so requires an individual with experience of delivering customer excellence from a complex service / sales environment.
– Driving performance of a team of c80 FTE through your management team
– Delivering challenging yet achievable targets
– Commercial management including P&L, Budgets and Target delivery
– Stakeholder engagement, client engagement and BPO relationships
– Delivering employee engagement and succession plan objectives
