Contact Centre Monthly has teamed up with recruitment specialist PSD on its annual salary survey, to gauge and benchmark rates of pay across the customer contact sector in the UK.
To get an accurate overview of current market trends we would love 5 minutes of your time to understand how the market is shaping up.
This year PSD has also had a number of clients approach them to assist in balancing gender gaps in their management team, as a result the survey asks several questions around gender diversity to get a fuller flavour of how this is perceived.
PSD is also currently surveying candidates on how they perceive the market and will provide a comprehensive overview of how their pay and benefits compare.
