MyDialler announces a new strategic partnership with UK based speech analytics supplier MySpeechAnalytics.

The partnership brings powerful speech analytics capabilities within the reach of the Small to Medium sized contact centre marketplace. MyDialler already provides low cost hosted inbound and outbound contact centre solutions for the small to medium enterprise and includes as standard within its products a digital voice recording capability. The partnership with MySpeechAnalytics Ltd allows MyDialler to enable its customers to use its partners powerful speech analytics artificial intelligence (AI) software to search all call recordings held within their own systems to verify compliance adherence , manage employee performance quality and to enable them to gain a valuable insight into their own customers’ requirements .

New approach promises simplicity and low costs
