Expanding organisation is seeking an exceptional Manager to lead a diverse unit delivering a variety of contact centre services in a c.60FTE and growing environment. Two site – one in London and the other in Sussex
About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader to get stuck in as all aspects of people, process and technology need to be reviewed prior to moving forward with a digitisation project.
What we’re looking for:
- Accustomed to working with multiple CRM platforms for tracking performance and gathering, and/or troubleshooting as needed.
- A natural leader with ability to coach and develop skills, products and services across the contact centre domains
- Must demonstrate drive to succeed, capabilities to deliver set milestones and looking for career advancement
- Exceptional contact centre leadership and development experience
- Extensive stakeholder engagement, both internally and externally
This role will require travel between London and Sussex as it is joint site based.
About the Offer: £60,000 – £71,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + Bonus
