About the Role
My client is a growing utilities organisation providing services to the SME and B2B marketplace including delivery of water, gas and electricity. Owing to their growth they now require someone to lead their contact centre of c. 80 FTE and growing.
What we are looking for:
An experienced Contact Centre leader with experience of the utilities marketplace it’s regulation, challenges and opportunities.
You will be:
