Job Title- Customer Experience Advisor

Location- Derry/Londonderry

Salary- £15,600 ( Bonuses and incentives excluded from this salary)

 

Competitive salary 15,600.00…….PLUS monthly bonus (circa £200 per month PLUS Incentives including Free Sky+ HD or Sky Q including Broadband & Calls

Working as Sky`s official partner, Firstsource are looking to hire Customer Experience Advisorsto join our exciting team in Derry/Londonderry

Your role will be toadvise & assistcustomers who areseeking technical assistance withtheirequipment and subscription.You will make sure they feel like the number one priority and are fully informed about the options and services available to them.

What can you expect in return?

In addition to an excellent salary of 15,600.00 ……. You can expect to earn an average £200 per month in bonus. DO YOU HAVE?

-Minimum six months hands-on experience of working in a contact centre environment is essential, but experience of dealing with customers in other demanding environments (e.g. retail. leisure, etc) would also be applicable.

-Excellent telephone manner and / or experience of dealing with customers face to face.
-Basic PC literacy.

-Excellent verbal communication skills; good listener who is able to understand and identify customer needs whilst delivering exceptional service.

-Enthusiastic with positive attitude to work and a logical approach to problem solving.
-Keen for self-development and personal
-Flexible and embraces change.

-Friendly personality shows confidence and pride in delivering excellent service.
-Open and trustworthy.
