My client is an innovative organisation that supports brands and customers with innovative solutions that add value through delivering effective customer experience.  As part of the development of their contact centre offering they are seeking a project manager to deliver digital and contact centre innovation across their UK and global contact centre network.


What we are looking for

An experienced project manager who can influence and deliver change with both internal and external stakeholders.

A project manager who understands how contact centres can deliver excellence for customers by delivering digital and omni channel enhancements
