About the Client:

My client is a boutique consultancy specialising in delivering Customer Experience and Service Design innovation.  They are now looking to add an experienced Business Development Manager to the organisation as they move into an exciting period of growth.
About the Role:
The role and accountability of the Business Development Manager is to develop a robust and balanced pipeline of opportunities across the private sector.  You will secure and maintain new profitable business from both new.
Internally, this will also involve close collaboration with the senior leadership team and drive any additional marketing initiatives

Key aspects of the role include the need to: 

–         Identify target key targets / influencers across organisations

–         Identify key sales cycles for major contracts/opportunities for tender within the Private Sector

–         Providing a consultative and focussed sale

–         Work towards challenging yet achievable targets through a mix of quick wins and longer term tenders

What we’re looking for: 

–         Someone who has sold either UX, professional services, customer experience, contact centre or associated services

–         Strong commercial acumen

–         Great stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

–         Proven consultative influencing and negotiation skills at C level

–         Agility to generate cold/develop warm leads credibly at all levels

–         Good understanding of the travel sector, competitors and innovations with a focus on loyalty, rewards and lifestyle benefits

About the Offer: 
£75,000 – £90,000 / 20% + Bonus / Car Allowance / Great benefits package
