Our Role 

Our B2C team are responsible for contacting customers who have shown an interest in using our clients’ products.

You will be responsible for contacting customers via telephone and discussing their current needs. You will need to engage with customers and manage their expectations, in order for us to send our clients’ quality leads and continue developing a strong business relationship.

You don’t need Contact Centre experience for this role. What is essential is that you have a professional telephone manner, are confident and outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication skills, hard-working, motivated, have excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail, can keep up with a fast-paced environment, be driven to hit target and earn bonuses but also be a super team player. Previous success working towards sales targets is highly desirable for this role.  You will need to be happy to work in shifts across 7 days of the week (including evening and weekend work).

Our Team

The MVF Contact Centre is responsible for qualifying MVF leads and making sure our clients are getting highly relevant prospects and that potential customers get matched with companies that fit their needs – we call this lead qualification. The Contact Centre is one of the most important parts of MVF’s process and vital to our future growth.

We constantly optimise our lead qualification process to make sure we are finding the highest quality prospects for our clients and this is just one of the many reasons why MVF has an impressive client retention rate of 96%. We also work closely with our Marketing teams providing feedback to help inform how they prospect customers, and to our Commercial teams about what our clients are offering to help clients to close sales more effectively.

If successful, you will receive clear training so that you know our product inside out and can provide the best information and support to customers. You will also have fantastic opportunities to learn about our sectors, whilst working in a high-performance environment in one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK.
