Our Role 

Our B2B Telesales Consultants are responsible for contacting customers who have shown an interest in using our clients’ products. You will need to engage and build rapport with customers, whilst also developing an understanding of their business and its current needs. Having gained an understanding, you will promote the features and benefits of relevant products and services, maximising the revenue generated for MVF and managing their expectations, in order for us to send our clients’ quality leads. We have high standards of quality both towards the prospects we speak with and clients we put them in touch with, and aim to be the catalyst of a strong business relationship between them.

Previous outbound sales experience would be very useful for this role, as well as a professional telephone manner.  We would really like to hear from you if you can demonstrate previous experience of understanding customer perspective, are confident and outgoing with excellent written and verbal communication skills, hard-working, motivated, have high attention to detail, can keep up with a fast-paced environment, be driven to hit target and earn bonuses but also be an adaptable, flexible team player. Core hours for this role are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday through Friday.

Our Team

The MVF Contact Centre is responsible for qualifying MVF leads and making sure our clients are getting highly relevant prospects and that potential customers get matched with companies that fit their needs – we call this lead qualification. The Contact Centre is one of the most important parts of MVF’s process and vital to our future growth.

We constantly optimise our lead qualification process to make sure we are finding the highest quality prospects for our clients and this is just one of the many reasons why MVF has an impressive client retention rate of 96%. We also work closely with our Marketing teams providing feedback to help inform how they prospect customers, and to our Commercial teams about what our clients are offering to help clients to close sales more effectively.
