“Establishing a Business Case for HomeAgent Working”
It’s often said that to run a successful contact centre homeworking operation, an organisation must adopt a ‘virtual’ mindset across everything it does…. recruitment, training, management, processes, technology etc. …. and that to put all this in place can require a significant investment in both management time and new equipment.
At this roundtable, we’re discussing how to establish a business case for HomeAgent working – and what potential benefits you can expect: both from an ’employee’ and a ‘company’ perspective.
The UKCCF’s Michael Gray and Interserve’s Darron Burness will be delivering an ‘Introduction to Contact Centre Homeworking’ keynote at the session based on the findings of the UKCCF’s recent HomeAgent research study.
You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss key home working issues, including:
- How can homeworking solve contact centre recruitment, attrition, staff motivation and staff engagement problems?
- How can organisations access better skill levels and improved customer engagement?
- What operating cost reductions are available through home working
- Why are many senior managers still resistant to home working
