Contact Centre Homeworking Roundtable Discussion
22nd May 2019
Simply Business | Northampton

In partnership with the Sensee HomeAgent Network

Now in its 5th year, the UK HomeAgent Forum is the UKCCF’s premier meeting place for organisations interested in contact centre homeworking.
Whether you have been operating homeworking for years, or looking to try it out for the first time, our roundtable discussions provide the opportunity to learn, share practice, and hear from experienced practitioners.
At this event, you’ll hear about the Simply Business homeworking trial – its objectives, progress, hurdles and achievements.
You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss key home working issues, including:
  • How can homeworking solve contact centre recruitment, attrition, staff motivation and staff engagement problems?
  • How can organisations access better skill levels and improved customer engagement?
  • What operating cost reductions are available through home working?
  • Why are many senior managers still resistant to home working
